  My appointment was at 8:45 a.m. and I was immediately checked in and my blood was drawn. It was without a doubt the most positive experience from this lab and my first time dealing with the employee “Albert”. He was extremely courteous and obviously a very well trained professional who holds the patients well being in high regard. I have difficult veins and frequently need to be re-stuck. As for Albert, my veins were no big deal. I never even bruised as so often had been the case on previous visits. The drawing room even looks much cleaner and more organized. Thanks so much for finally making this facility 5 Star. It’s been long overdue!
