  I don't know! I believe the service is going down just because I know what it was like before. I keep giving them opportunities to redeem themselves but basically they simply put weave in. There is no styling (even if u pay for it) there is dying (not the right color) and there is no shaping. Everything you pay extra for and I just wind up going to the Dominicans to style the weave. The fullness is not there and my closure is lifting. I believe it's supposed to stick and it's about an inch past my hair line. I am debating letting them fix it but I really don't want to.
  I came when it first open and was amazed by the quality and service now I feel I need to find another place.
